Return window

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return shipping costs

Accounting 24/7 Inc does not currently offer free return shipping — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case Accounting 24/7 Inc covers the cost.

How to start a return

Email support@carrarocofe.com with your order number and items. We issue return authorization within 1 business day with step-by-step instructions.

No restocking fees

Accounting 24/7 Inc does not charge restocking fees on any return. You receive a full refund of the product price for any eligible return.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

A damaged item is one with a functional defect — torn or missing pages, a broken binding, a cover that will not close, printing errors that make the product unusable, or transit damage that compromises normal use. Minor cosmetic wear that does not affect use (small corner dings, light scuffs on the cover, minor color variation) is not considered damage.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@carrarocofe.com within 7 days and attach 2–3 clear photos: one of the shipping label, one of the outer box, and one close-up of the defect. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and cover the return shipping.
