Return window

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return shipping costs

Accounting 24/7 Inc does not currently offer free return shipping — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case Accounting 24/7 Inc covers the cost.

How to start a return

Email support@carrarocofe.com with your order number and items. We respond within 1 business day with instructions.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
